Founding Musical Director
Busani Nkomo
2014 to present
Busani Nkomo is the Musical Director of Bulawayo Choristers Choir. Under his direction the choir has competed at the National Choir Festival in Harare and earned awards in Zimbabwe and South Africa.
He has said the choir is driven by the joy of singing and listening to choral music, and aims to serve the church and the community with its talents.

Conductor
2018 to 2025
Promoted from the ranks of the choristers to the conductor's post in 2018, he led the choir through its two ZITF titles, the 2019 Bulawayo Arts Award and its best placing at the Old Mutual National Choir Festival.

2014 to 2016
One of the six who constitutionally formed the choir on 22 December 2014, and its first conductor, at the Old Mutual National Choir Festival in Polokwane in 2015 and in Harare in 2016.
Linda R. Duma

Appointed conductor in 2016 to teach theory and to conduct.
Dennis Kapiya
Choir trainer
2016
Appointed trainer in 2016 and credited by the choir with producing the voice that came to be recognised as the Bulawayo Choristers sound. He now serves on the board of the Siyephambili Choral Festival.
