What we keep, why, and how to have it removed.
Forms on this site
When you use the contact, join, booking or newsletter forms we keep what you type so that the committee can reply to you. We use it for that purpose only. We do not sell or share it with anyone outside the choir.
Members area
Choir members have accounts so they can read notices and download practice material. A member’s name, voice part, phone number and email are visible to the committee and to that member. Nothing in the members area is public.
Cookies
The site sets a cookie only when a member signs in, so that they stay signed in. There is no advertising or tracking.
Removing your details
Write to info@bulawayochoristers.co.zw and we will delete what we hold about you.
